The car sat in a garage for 5 years and wasn’t really driven so I did have some concerns. I had visited a few mechanics and didn’t feel comfortable. I was referred to you by the mechanic who completed the state inspection, as it needed a little work. I was immediately greeted by your colleague when I entered your shop as he stopped what he was doing to help me on the spot. The estimate he provided I found very reasonable for the needed work. He took the car that same day and it was completed the following day. Since then I have had a few items needing attention and each time I visit your shop, you have stopped what you are doing to help me with the car. Specifically, you stopped to fix my alarm system and on another occasion attached the front license plate holder without hesitation. In the DC metro area, this kind of service is really unheard of. I appreciate your time and investment in my little roadster and will continue as a loyal customer at your shop.
