When the warranty on my 2002 530i expired, I was hard pressed to find a trustworthy repair shop that would give me the dealership quality service that I was used to without breaking the bank. I also wanted to find a shop that specialized in BMW’s. I researched shops all over Maryland and Northern Virginia, read reviews, and checked BBB ratings; but ultimately decided to take my car to Einstein’s Auto Repair based on the overall good feeling that I had about them. Needless to say, that feeling was 100% right. These guys really know what they’re doing and have demonstrated through honest recommendations that they are not money-hungry mechanics. They’re really trying to look out for their customers. They have diagnosed and fixed some very complex, tricky problems with my car at a cost that I most likely would’ve paid 2 to 3 times as much at the dealership. I like that they are so close to the metro and are willing to drop me off and pick me up from the station while my car is being serviced. This has been a major convenience. I’ve been bringing my car to Einstein’s for over 5 years now and the overall experience has always been a very good one. I give them 5 out of 5 stars.
